To cancel please contact us prior to update the booking - note, bookings and cancellation can be done online at anytime. We can reschedule if available free of charge. Any cancelations within 24 hours of the booked job, a $200 including GST charge will occur. Always read the description of our services first, our trucks are 20 cubic metres - 4.2m Long, 2.2m Wide and 2.1m High. If dimensions, weights and item condition are wrong, we reserve the right to not transport it and come under scrutiny. If 2 men one truck has been selected and 2 men 2 trucks are needed - We will charge the 2 men 2 truck rate from depot to depot. In the case of futile pickup/delivery - we reserve the right to charge for any truck cost, labour cost or booking cost associated with the job. 

Please read some of the terms down below:

- Payment is to be made on the day for all Removal jobs, by either, EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer, EFTPOS Machine (1.1% flat-rate transaction fee applies) or Cash (Will receive a receipt). 
- Any extra items could add a further charge (only for fixed priced quotes) - a few extra boxes is appropriate.
- Any delays for fixed priced jobs will be charged in intervals of $25 every 15 minutes after the first free 15 minutes on pick up and drop off for one man one truck. For 2 men and one truck $43.75 will be charged every 15 minutes after the first free 15 minutes on pick up and drop off.
- Any delays on an hourly basis rate will be charged as per the hourly rate after the first free 15 minutes on pick up and drop off
- Booking cancelations - where time is used and other costs are spent such as a futile pick up/delivery or set back from no fault of our own, fees will apply. These are to be discussed before the cancellation to inform you. 
- There is assistance where required, such as requested in messages or weights and dimensions are not accurate.
- The items are to be suitable to transport.
- Transit cover for goods are not provided for items over $5,000.
- The correct documents and information needs to be sent.
